HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please state your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

We only accept articles that are directly attached to https://de.mxdeals.com were bought. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Returned items must be brand new, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returned items must be unused and unwashed. Items with stains, broken / stained fabrics, or broken zippers will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.

Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Disposable items include items purchased from retailers and items damaged by improper handling by customers.

Unauthorized returns can be refused. Mxdeals reserves the right to refuse any return.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty / wrong product? Or was the product damaged in transit?
Please contact our customer service to start the return / replacement process. Please provide the following information:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Photos or video of the defective / wrong / damaged product
Complete delivery address
Contact phone number

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

Returns can take up to 14 working days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.

A full refund will be issued for defective / incorrect / damaged products on returned items. For other returned items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the return or the cancellation request. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit can actually reach your account due to different banking cycle regulations.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Make sure you include your order number and the change you want. We will confirm this once the change has been made.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
